How to Put on Your Ear Climbers:
The key to wearing an ear climber is figuring out how to put one on. If you don’t put it on correctly, the ear climber won’t stay in place or fit correctly and fall off. To avoid this, here’s a step-by-step guide on how to wear an ear ear climber earring:
- Identify the correct side: Hold the climber to your ear to see which way it curves or “climbs” up your lobe.
- Insert the post: Thread the back pin through your piercing as you would a regular earring. Now the two ends of the earring should be hanging down from your ear like a regular earring at this point.
- Rotate and position: Gently turn the earring so the decorative part sweeps upward along your ear, nestling it into the curve of your lobe.
- Secure gently: Lightly pinch the earring (or the back part) with your fingers to hold it snugly against your ear, without pinching uncomfortably.
- Because ear climbers aren’t attached to the body in the same way as piercings, I recommend taking them out when sleeping, showering, swimming, sports activities, etc. This ensures they aren’t lost and also so that they maintain the same beautiful shine when they are worn.
