The design was acid etched into heavy gauge copper, all edges were hand filed and sanded until ultra-smooth to ensure a comfortable wear against the skin, a rainbow patina was applied, and then it was sealed with an environmentally friendly lacquer that guards against sun, mild acids, salt, heat, and water.
